In-house counsel Tim McCollum serves a critical role within Baker Camp Arnold Capital Management. His skills include issue-spotting for clients and the BCA Advisors, focusing on areas such as Estate Planning and Administration, Business Formation, Planning and Exit Strategies, Contracting, as well as business and personal asset protection, make his involvement crucial for client protection.  He assists clients with implementation of a full array of strategies, including interactions with outside counsel and other accounting professionals, as necessary.   Tim draws upon his 30 plus years in practicing law to include litigation in the public and private sector, governmental experience, and counsel to a wide variety of clients, as well as his experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur, to provide his clients with a unique perspective in representation.
